We lived there last 6 years we are very happy there, we like management and hospitality because when we had problems for cockroaches and mouse then Mr Mohsin immediately shot out for our suite. He also keep apartment neat and clean. So I will recommend to live there.
I am very satisfied with all the services that Arizona Plaza provides during my tenancy period. It's a nice and safe place to live. Most importantly the property manager is very kind and supportive of all cases.
Will scam you on the deposit. Garbage piles up so quickly because there’s only one bin, and it blows down the parking lot every week into the Assiniboine. There’s no cameras in the lot and homeless people frequently try to get into cars (there were weeks that I woke up every single day to car alarms) the manager accused my roommate of smoking despite it being the guy across from us.
