Good neighbors and close to transit.
The apartment is very old, with no dishwasher or balcony. The building is in poor condition, with things falling apart due to age. This year rent increased unexpectedly. The building manager is always grumpy and speaks rudely. The place is infested with bugs and cockroaches. Garbage disposal is inconvenient, with too few bins outside—if they’re full, residents have to bring their trash back inside and store it in their apartment. We had an appointment for viewing an apartment and no one from building side came. Manager answered the phone after 15 minutes and told that she knows nothing
I lived at this location for almost three years. It has an amazing view and is conveniently situated near public transportation and grocery stores. Some of the apartments are newly renovated, so what could warrant a poor review? Unfortunately, the building does not meet the expected standards.
