Worst management ever! The elevator is not functioning properly, and the water supply has been shut off since yesterday. It has now been over 24 hours, and there is still no clear information about when the water will be restored. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of management and communication. Residents deserve basic services, timely updates, and a prompt resolution to these issues.
I’ve had a very positive experience with Diana as our property manager. She is always very helpful, calm, respectful, and professional. Whenever I have a question or concern, she takes the time to listen and explains everything clearly and patiently. I had lived there for 3 years and I moved out recently because of my job . Arizona Plaza is my first home in Canada and Winnipeg . It’s a good place which is closed to bus stops ，grocery stores ，school ，parks ，red rivers，restaurants ，U&M etc. Property manager Dinna is professional who always try her best to solve problems . I hope I can come back to live when I have the opportunity, or move back to the south.
The hallways are stinky, its unmantained, washing machines barely work, kids cant freely play outside, the "riverside view" is horrendously unmantained, the trashcan are always full and we are told to keep trash inside untill the truck comes, the elevator barely works
Unprofessional & Unreliable Emergency Maintenance Service Extremely disappointed with the emergency maintenance support provided here. I called the designated emergency number at 3:00 AM regarding an issue. On the first call, I was told someone was on their way. After waiting for a few minutes, I called back for an update, but was spoken to very rudely and reminded that "it's 3 AM in the morning."
