Have had AZ Pima Chemical for a while. The first tech was not the most helpful but Estevan always helped make it right. Now we have Jesus and he has done a great job keeping it sparkling even when the green tried to invade after our first rains. I need my pool for physical therapy so I am VERY grateful.

Martin does a great job keeping our pool beautiful. My only complaint is the time he comes, Friday at noonish. That is when we would like to be out using our pool, but you can’t win them all.
We’ve been using Arizona Pima Chemical for over ten years. Sergio is always on time every week. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He’s really careful about making sure the gates are secure before he leaves and he keeps our pool in top-swim condition and leaves us a note if anything needs extra maintenance. We have never had any issues. We highly recommend him and AZ Pima Chemical.
In the 6 weeks that this company has been servicing the pool it has been green most of the time. They arrive unprepared to treat properly. Most recently a manager treated for an algae bloom with no follow up. 2 days later pool is greener and unswimmable. It is evident that they do not care if this pool is swimmable. This is particularly sad since the children in the home have been isolated for nearly100 days and this is a source of exercise and entertainment for them but it is inaccessible due to poor service.
We have been using Arizona Pima Chemical for five years. Excellent service always: Our technician, Fernando does a superb job; We never have an issue with chemical and our pool and spa look fantastic. He is so consistent, he arrives at the same time every week. Is like having an appointment.

Had great service today from Arron. I had agreed to replacing the pool pump and he suggested looking at the pump. He was able to quickly fix the problem and saved me a lot of money. Thanks again. Herman lucero
