Dr Underdahl is wonderful, but the staff at the Dobson office is VERY RUDE and inconsiderate. Today was my 3rd visit there with my 10 year old son. We have had to wait at least 1/2 hour before seeing Dr Underdahl at each visit and they have always messed up the billing. When I went to check out today, I was told I had an outstanding balance.
