This is the worst outfit I have ever experienced. I have gone to them for 5 years and have been given 5 different doctors. DR Lynch, McJunkin , Kupasammy, Ray and the lastest, a lady DR. After 5 years of severe sciatic pain and after so many injections. NO RELIEF. I have changed to Desert Pain and after ONE procedure in my sciatic nerve area. I have finally gotten rid of 75% of my pain. AZ Pain just try to make you think they will treat you like family, and then you get lost in the shuffle. Do not go to them.
Just left there after spending over 45 minutes in a room (at 7:30 a.m.)🙃, never saw anyone, this was my second appointment. Gave them the benefit of the doubt after being there over two hours with the 1st appointment without seeing a doctor! I don't think they even know I left!!! I guess they know now!!!
They refused to see my mom today because she was "late" for her appointment; she arrived in the office at 10:25 for a 10:40 appointment. she was told to be there 15 minutes early...they told her they would have to reschedule. clearly my mom is in pain, as I am sure all of their patients are, getting to the office was a struggle, let alone on time and they wanted her to go home and come back in 4 hours.
Horrible company. We were double billed and after calling every day for 2 weeks and no-one returning a phone call i finally submitted a formal complaint with the department of insurance. Horrible company that engages in fraud and even though a legally binding agent/employee makes a statement to a patient the office staff just simply says they made a mistake. Worst run company on earth. All about $$$ and lies.
Yes , finally a doctor that listen to me and is willing to help .Dr. K , answer and told me about my problems never making me feel like I was crazy. I’m so glad I was recommended to him . Now the relief of Just knowing something can be done .
Doctor K and all the employees of AZ Pain have been wonderful for me. They treat you with respect and when I had a problem with my insurance plan they jumped thrust hoops to help me get it paid thru Discount programs at Safeway and I only had to pay $40 more then I usually pay vs $400+. I'll be looking into getting another chiropractor. I'm very displeased with the results I'm getting. Very expensive and no relief. I've been coming to this place for over a month. No good results, still in a lot of pain.
