1) Reviews are to inform potential patients, not just for actual patients. 2)The TOP DOC issue is very deceptive in this AZ. The actual well-respected TOP DOC issue is from Phoenix Magazine, not Phoenix Health and Wellness. A web search for Phoenix Health and Wellness Magazine doesn't come up with anything. Even in Phoenix magazine, however, there are docs actually voted in , and then there are docs who paid to be in the magazine (nice pics and write-ups).
I was having major headaches along with massive tingling and aching down my right arm. It just kept getting worse. I have cervical stenosis. I had to stop working every few minutes and "shake out" the numbness. It was making my life intolerable. Dr. Moore is first rate and truly cares about his patients. I felt at home every visit. I was having leg pain from a slipped disc and within 2 weeks it was gone. Dr. Narwani spent a lot of time with me and the epidural was totally tolerable. The nurses at the surgery center rock! I would recommend Preferred Pain highly to any of my family or friends.
I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and rear ended. I had whiplash, stiffness, and a sharp pain in the middle of my neck. Sleeping became very painful and i was waking up through the night. It was tough looking over my shoulder while driving. For 3 days per week, I received therapy including stretching, strengthening, isometrics, ice, electrical stimulation, spinal decompression therapy, and chiropractic manipulation. Last year I went to a DIFFERENT pain center, the staff was rude and treated me like a number at the supermarket. Plus my pain never went away. A friend told me about Preferred Pain Center, so I went last month. What a great place! The staff is super friendly and compassionate, and they were great when I brought my son with me. Dr. Moore (Chiropractor) is a magician. He also explained everything to me as he was instructing me on how to do each excercise. Dr. Narwani gave me an epidural injection, and was very calming and comforting. What an unusual experience--------everyone in the office was really nice and seemed to understand my pain.

I had to wait in the lobby for 40+ minutes, and when Dr. Moore finally was ready to see me, he was so rude that I had no other option but to leave his office even before we got to talk about my health concerns (see details below).
