I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Arizona Pain Relief. I recently went in for a chiropractic visit with Dr. Howie, and he truly surpassed my expectations. I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. The day before my appointment, my fiancée had court and needed to reschedule, and the front desk employee was extremely rude to her during that call. Then today, when I arrived, my GPS had taken me to the wrong entrance and I was briefly lost in the parking lot. Through the last year AZ Pain has done some refreshing of the inside of the building and staff. The changes have been great. The staff changes are in a positive manner. PCA Elizabeth is great to deal with. She tries her best to understand your pain and come up with a plan that works for the lowest cost to the patient. In times like now every dollar saved helps.
