Professional and very good at what they do. This is the way it should be done.
Dr. Wood and his staff go above and beyond when it comes to patient care! I have come for multiple procedures myself and have brought my youngest son for a procedure, recently as well. They made him very comfortable and were able to calm his nerves. We all make a choice when choosing medical providers and choosing Dr. Wood is the way to go for professional and genuine care!
My experience with this practice has been nothing but perfect! From the minute you walk into the front door you're pleasantly greeted, and the care continues the whole visit. I had a serious case and the amount of support and follow through I had and still have whenever I need is so amazing. I know that I am in good hands here and will be for years on! Worthless, don't ask questions about your dental coverage because what they tell you isn't correct. I recieved a bill it took me from 9:30 am until 2 pm to actually get ahold of someone and the rude lady in billing finally answered her phone all she had to say about my questions is "ultimately it's the patients responsibility to know your dental coverage" when I was told everything was good and my insurance covered it. Dr. Wood and his staff has been awesome. From the time of my consultation up until my tooth extraction! They were understanding, polite, and professional. The procedure was quicker than I expected. They made sure I was comfortable with after care directions. They followed up after the extraction as well. I would recommend Dr. Wood for your oral needs!
