Referred to this office, received wrong information and the staff on the phone was very rude and unconcerned about the level of service, insinuating that my words we not truthful. I have had lots of experience with doctor’s offices in the Phoenix area, and if it starts like this, you are not in good care. The people on the “frontlines” are a good indicator of the expectation of the medical practice.
I went in to see Dr Heringer about a problem i had with my left eye they installed a jones tube and fix the problem i feel like new and no drainage problems any more ,Thanks Dr Heringer and your team .
Dr H did a great job of repairing my lower eyelid.
I can see so much better! Dr Heringer did a great job and is such a kind Dr. You will feel very comfortable with both him and his nurse Glenda.
