I’ve been a patient for quite a while and I like Dr S but it takes forever if you want to see him and not the DNP/PA, Jacqueline. I needed a referral to a concussion therapist closer to my house, not a 40 minute drive which the PA gave me. I called the office to ask for a new referral and a refill for my medication on Monday 9/16/24 and a week later, I’m still waiting. Shut down couple years ago. No. Warning to patients. Wasn't good anyway
If I could give zero stars I would. The staff here is extremely inconsiderate of their patients. They don't return calls. They will schedule you then cancel on you the same day. It's very hard to reach someone at their office when you do call. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you can. Save yourself the headache because this office clearly does not care about the patient.
