I just got home from my appointment about 5 hours ago. I had my lower left wisdom tooth removed. I was terrified going in. I was sure it was going to be painful... but the staff and Dr. Austin went above and beyond to comfort me. I was in the off for less than a hour! I've been able to eat, drink, talk, etc all without pain! I feel soo silly for being nervous. I wouldn't suggest anyone else!
This was exactly my experience as was posted by another client. Couldnt have said it any better. I had the best experience in having my upper wisdom tooth pulled today!!! Lauren and Michelle were nothing short of great and super sweet (as were the rest of the office staff)! I was so nicely numbed (as in my cheeks, nose and eyelid were numb) that I didn't even feel pressure when Dr. Brent Boyse went in to extract that POS tooth. It was less than 10 seconds, no joke. very good service for the staff and the doctor that the did the work still healing but appreciate them even with complication i doing good.
I went in for a consult on Tuesday.. The staff and Dr. Romney answered all questions and explained everything in a way I understood it... Tonight, I was having some anxiety about tomorrow's upcoming procedure, but after reading these Reviews I'm DEFINITELY reassured I'm in good hands!!! Will leave another comment post surgery!!!
Just got 4 wisdom teeth and 1 other tooth pulled and I was done in 45 minutes. Great staff great dentist
I saw Dr. Romney this week for a not so run of the mill issue. He and his whole staff are awesome! They got me in right away for consult despite an already crowded schedule and got me in for surgery the next day again fitting me in. The thoroughness and thoughtful follow up by first staff and then Dr. Romney following the surgery made me feel very well cared for. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs an oral surgeon! Thanks for everything!!!
The office staff was so very kind and took great care of me! Dr Romney was great, professional, and responsive. Couldn't believe he called the night of my procedure as well as the nurse! The flowers the next day were very sweet. Highly recommend!!
About 16 years ago I was extremely happy with Dr Austin when he removed a wisdom tooth. I am even more pleased with Dr Austin and his team as they are doing an implant. I've had no pain, no issues...AMAZING!!! It is nice to know that they are there when I need them.
