RecommendedDr Austin was great he was very friendly answered any and all questions I would recommend him very highly. The staff is friendly, helpful they all go out of their way to help and put your visit at ease. I would give them all 5 gold stars. I think you very much. I just went in Thursday for a consultation and was seen the following day. My surgeon was Dr Austin and one of the assistance was Nancy the were amazing. I was a little afraid but Nancy kept me calm. All i remember I was talking about concerts and California and it seem like a min later they said you are done. I couldn’t believe it. I totally recommend Azmax no doubt about it.
Great staff and surgeons. Patient care a priority. Staff and Doctors make sure after care is thoroughly explained and call and check on patients after they get home.
While being NPO (not allowed to eat) they kept my sister waiting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours for her surgery. They knew a head of time that the case before hers would be extensive and complicated and chose to ruin our day instead of fixing the scheduling issue. Every other specialist I’ve been to, has moved the complicated case to the end of the day. The front office staff is not sensitive to this being a big deal to us and just expects us to sit back and be miserable. My oral surgeon was WAYY better than this off... read more
I have been terrified of the dentist for a quite a number of years and have been putting off some corrective surgery. Dr. Boyce and the staff at AZ Max have been so kind and understanding through my three rather large procedures, that they have taken a large portion of my fear and anxiety and put it to rest. I have never felt more well cared for. I completely trust them and would recommend them to anyone with no exceptions. ❤️
Dr. Austin and his staff are top notch in everything they do. From the time I booked the appointment to my discharge I felt I was in excellent hands. I went here for a second opinion on some very tedious and tricky work.
