My posting it's about Regina. She is a very special person and manager. She listens to everything you have to say. If she has no answers to your questions, she will find out and get back to you as soon as possible. She is not just a good manager, she is a good human being. She's been helpful on certain things I've had to deal with.. i have never met a human being like her. She is one in million.

Renting from Arizona Living was a positive experience until move-out, when it became clear that they aggressively pursue security deposit deductions in ways that felt unfair and excessive. I am filing a complaint regarding discriminatory housing practices by Arizona Living Rentals, based in Lake Havasu City. At the showing, Lindsey told me she would contact me on Monday, but she didn’t and I had to call in myself. I was then verbally approved for the unit over the phone on Monday, having met the stated requirements, yet they have refused to produce a lease. We’ve have always had a great experience with Arizona Living Rentals. The entire team has been fantastic to work with from start to finish. The process has always been smooth, communication is clear, and their response time is incredibly quick whenever we have questions or need assistance. It’s obvious they care about both the property owners and the tenants they serve. Great people, great service, and a team that truly makes renting easy. Highly recommend!
