Took my laptop in for a power jack repair which went fine but in the process they failed to put the CD/DVD player back in correctly so I had to take it back in. They kept it for nearly a whole day and although now the CD/DVD will open and spin a disc it won't read it. I guess I either get to plug the laptop in or use it but not both. Not thrilled with the prospect of having to go back in and probably will pay someone else to fix it instead. I don't have time for three strikes.
Richard is friendly and provides excellent service.
