Your front desk receptionist is rude tried calling all she said was get a referal and hung up very un professional
Dr. Chindu is very thorough and he was patient. He made me feel like i a person and not just another file to add to the collection. He took the time at both appointments to answer all of my questions wich was alot , and the staff team is great also. Really make me feel welcomed.

I read the reviews. One is from someone who is complaining about having to make a phone call for a chronic kidney patient. Another is from someone who probably has a problem with trying to be nice. I had my first appointment with AKDHC yesterday. Everyone was nice and the doctor spent time explaining my current status and the things that would be needed for the follow up appointment. I'm glad my PCP finally gave me a referral. I had to ask the PCP three times to send the referral to AKDHC.
I'm assuming some changes have been made since the earlier reviews but I have to tell you my experience couldn't have been better. All staff was kind and caring and Dr. Chindo is worth his weight in plutonium! I feel that I have the best possible team.
