Explains everything very well. Dr Chindo is very courteous and nice.
I read the reviews. One is from someone who is complaining about having to make a phone call for a chronic kidney patient. Another is from someone who probably has a problem with trying to be nice. I had my first appointment with AKDHC yesterday. Everyone was nice and the doctor spent time explaining my current status and the things that would be needed for the follow up appointment. I'm glad my PCP finally gave me a referral. I had to ask the PCP three times to send the referral to AKDHC.
I'm assuming some changes have been made since the earlier reviews but I have to tell you my experience couldn't have been better. All staff was kind and caring and Dr. Chindo is worth his weight in plutonium! I feel that I have the best possible team.
Review is for the front desk receptionist! Please hire receptionists with mindful soft skills to help patients accurately resolve appointments and scheduling. Your receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. She made me feel like my call was interrupting her day. I already don’t want to call about the patients chronic disease and she made the situation more stressful!
