The experience with this company was amazing. I have never been so impressed with the assistance from Brittany, who set up the appointment, to Tom, who came to the house. Everyone should use this company. They are timely, polite, and extremely reasonable. They helped us when no one else would.
Would "not" recommend using this business to do any work on your HVAC units. The business was not up-front with the service costs involved just to show up, so expect surprises. In this case, the receptionist indicated they would be happy to drop by shortly to take a look my HVAC / thermostat problem, mentioning they were already close by in the area. After meeting and talking for about 3 minutes I was promptly charged $85 for the man to show up without any diagnostics... He spent no more than 10 minutes here, and 7 of those ... read more
Great Customer service from the first phone call to the service. They do not try to take you to the bank on extra charges. They give you want you need and advise you for future. They have been very flexible with their schedules even in the summer times. I used the twice before and will be using them for my pool in the future. Glad some people are out to run a clean business.
