Asked AZ Home & Pool Services to stop by to give us a second opinion on an estimated $3,600 repair that our current pool company provided to fix our waterfall feature. It seemed high, and Gordon from AZHPS confirmed that to be the case. He provided an $1,100 estimate, had his technician Roddy onsite within a few days, and the water feature was fixed an hour later. Great dependable pool service. Gordan is a true professional!
Gordon came out and helped me with an issue we were having in getting our salt cell back in. He took a good amount of time investigating what the root cause was. He thoroughly cleaned the threads and inspected all parts to make sure there wasn’t anything broken. His troubleshooting involved him working with the threading and experimenting with tightening and loosening and using lubricants to get the threads properly aligned.
