Great dependable pool service. Gordan is a true professional!
Gordon came out and helped me with an issue we were having in getting our salt cell back in. He took a good amount of time investigating what the root cause was. He thoroughly cleaned the threads and inspected all parts to make sure there wasn’t anything broken. His troubleshooting involved him working with the threading and experimenting with tightening and loosening and using lubricants to get the threads properly aligned. We had a problem with our pool heater not turning on - so cold hot tub....We had a response within an hour, someone onsite in 90 minutes - repair completed, inspected the equipment, very professional. I will definitely work with them again when we need more help. Great response and team. I wish all our suppliers were this well organized and responsive. Thank you.
