Hats off to Dr. Kristi Hesse and the staff of Arizona Hearing Specialists who have so patiently worked with Mr. Ford's new hearing aids so he can hear both me and the banjo. The banjo actually went to our visit this morning and he is very happy that someone listened to what is important to him!

This was the second hearing specialist I went to and what a difference! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Dr. Hesse was extremely thorough in her exam and more intensive then the one I had experienced at the another facility. She took a lot of time explaining things to my daughter and myself. Dr. Hesse was very upfront as to what I could expect from the various devices that would work best for me. I am a "snowbird" and my previous audiologist was back east. I really needed to find one out here so I looked around on the web and decided to try AHS mainly because of their convenient Ventana location. Dr. Goldstein did a great job evaluating my hearing, taking into account the data I had received from my previous audiologist. She actually did a much better job explaining where my deficits are and how to best correct them. And AHS found me an insurance benefit I was not aware I had that really helped me pay for the aids. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hesse and have already recommended this office to others.
The audiologist worked with me to find the hearing aids that would be the most beneficial for my hearing and my lifestyle - I love volunteering in my church and my community. I chose the ones that work with my iPhone. My 90 year old father also updated his own hearing aids and we celebrated by going to the movies where the only loud talking was from the actors!
No free lunch, no newspaper inserts, no pie=in=the=sky promises. Just quality professionals and service.
I had a great experience at Arizona Hearing Specialists. We had custom ear molds made for my mother's birthday to use with her iPod headphones and they are fantastic! The audiologist made sure they fit well and that we were comfortable with putting them in.
