RecommendedI’m a brand-new user of hearing aids. Audiologists with whom I work recommended I see Dr. Kristi Swingle at Arizona Hearing Specialists, and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Swingle fit me with top-notch hearing aids covered by my insurance (for which she handled all the paperwork). I was impressed by the treatment of the entire staff of this Oro Valley site. Dr.Swingle explained the new advances in hearing devices well. I currently am test driving one of those loaners. Highly recommend this group. Far and above the others I have been with.
I can't say enough good things about them. The service and care are exceptional. Krissy Swingle has helped me in making good decisions about my specific hearing problems. I recently had a Cochlear Implant and I owe her my thanks for helping me to make the decision to have the surgery. The change in one ear went from 3% to 97%. I was basically deaf for 78 years until now.
Went for my first hearing test and Dr. K. Swingle and staff made me feel very comfortable and everything was explained to me perfectly. I was very nervous going in but very satisfied with her exam and I would recommend this facility for anyone who needs a hearing exam. Thank you.

We were introduced to Az Hearing Specialists last year when my husband got his first hearing aids. We have been so impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and competence of the staff. Whatever issue my husband had adjusting to his hearing aids staff was extremely helpful and prompt. Now it is my turn having just had my first fitting and adjustment for my hearing aids. I can't say enough about the service!
