This company is awesome! As tenants, we try to take good care of the property we rent which helps prevent tension on everyone's end. Even when things broke in the house or the backyard flooded, Paul was always very understanding and professional in communicating with our landlords and us about updates and fees. The folks at Arizona Haciendas are very easy to work with. Paul is responsive to maintenance issues. When we moved out communication on what was needed to receive our full deposit was very clear.
Stayed at the property Paul managed for over 5 years. Paul was always responsive when something came up . I recommend his property management company.
