I had a disappointing billing experience here. While the medical care itself was fine, I was shocked by the lack of flexibility when it came to billing support. Despite being in-network and paying out-of-pocket due to how the procedure was coded, the office refused to offer any prompt pay discount or financial accommodation — only a payment plan. I made multiple respectful requests, but they were deflected. I expected more understanding given the cost burden on patients. It left a bad impression, and I won't be returning.

My experience with Az gastroenterology was excellent from checking in with Teresa who was very helpful & with Medical assistant Yusselly who was very pleasant Also, the PA Kelly. I would highly recommend this office for any GI needs.

Ms. Kelly was awesome and very attentive to my mother’s needs. The staff/nurse awesome as well!!!!!

I had a endoscopy and a colonoscopy. But experiences were great. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. From the time I made my first doctor’s visit, to the time off my procedures were very timely. I was at ease and understood everything from prep to insurance information. Thank you to all the staff, especially the nurses because I am a hard stick when it comes to my veins. Special shout out to Buffy who kept me laughing!
