I never write negative reviews, but it felt necessary so people don't go through what I did. The Dr I worked with was fine, though once he established I did not have cancer he was clearly not interested in helping me; he ordered a colonoscopy and an endoscopy, didn't find anything obvious, and completely wrote me off. The biggest issue is the billing dept, specifically Olga. Her failure to submit to my insurance in a timely manner resulted in my insurance denying the claim. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Kelly Lime, PA-C is delightful to work with. She communicates clearly, is knowledgeable, and caring. The office was efficient with scheduling procedures and referrals. Had a great experience here.
I brought someone in for their appointment and we have been here for over two hours and still not have been seen. It’s the worst. Come here for treatment if you want to spend the whole day here.
