I'm a firm believer when a job is done right a review is in order to help others searching for answers. I awoke to 3 inches of water in my home and called AZ Fire and Water Restoration. Within 2 hours they were at my house and quickly removed my furniture and water to prevent further damage. Yes, my house is damaged but it could have been much much worse without Marquis, Corey, Frank, Gregory, Austin, Yadria and Julianna working tirelessly together to save my belongings and from having my interior walls partially removed. I would never recommend this business to anyone.. I had a leak between my bathroom and hallway. The first guy, Frank was great; had fans on for 3 days, then the restoration crew was to get in touch with me..I had to call to find out what was being done.After 4 or 5 days "the new" project mgr. contacted me.; said that his water meter showed dampness, so the fans were to go on for another couple of days..No one called me after that either. Tristan was awesome, he showed up right on time and was very easy to talk to. He took the time to make sure I understood what my problem was and went over various methods of addressing it. He provided excellent contractor recommendations and genuinely seemed to care about my situation
