Francisco did an amazing job. We almost decided to let the flood dry out on its own but at urging of friends we had Francisco come out and measure the saturation. It was so bad that even with the fans he brought out it trolls a full week to dry. We are grateful we don’t have to worry about mold and the work was done so well.
Using AZ Fire & Water for my project was the best decision. I had water damage in an adjacent toilet room from a leaking shower. Jeff, the PM was very prompt in evaluating the needed fix. He was very knowledgeable and his attention to detail was amazing. He arranged the repair immediately so that damage would be kept at a minimum. His repair person, Mario, was courteous and thoughtful. His skills are impressive and his work was beautiful. Jeff and Mario made the entire experience a joy. I had a small flood in my newly renovated kitchen in January. AZ Fire and Water came quickly and assessed the damage for me. Unfortunately my insurance company decided to give the run around for close to 4 months. During this time Jeff and Brady with AZ Fire and Water kept regular contact with me and keeping me assured that they were ready to go as soon as the insurance company came through, they’d be ready.
