I normally don't leave reviews but it's 7:30 pm, my appt was at 3 and I'm still upset. So first let me say, if I didn't care about my pet, I wouldn't have gone to a vet (and spent170 dollars) so being treated like I don't care when there was no reason to be treated that way is really upsetting. I have no idea where the attitude was coming from since I have never been there before and don't know anyone there. Also what is going on with the lack of professionalism today. First time I took my cockatoo their for a check up, explained everything to me in great detail, very professional and my bird was not terrified at all and to top it off they were half the price my other vet had charged me year after year. Love these guys. Thank you
This event took place a few years ago, at this point... but the amount of pain and loss my family feels remains. These people are heartless, greedy murderers who exploit families in need of guidance and are completely careless and misinformed in their treatments and diagnosis of exotic animals, namely rats, in this situation. This place killed my daughter's Dragon my daughter had her Dragon for over four years we took her in for yellow fungus a week later she died we called them to tell them what was going on with our Dragon they ask us did we want to drive an hour and a half to their location while doing chest compression even though they had no exotix's Dr on staff murderous money hungry are the only words to describe them they asked did we need help with her body looking for more money our pet was really apart of our family and we will really ... read more

This vet clinic is amazing! I was getting really worried about my hedgehogs condition and I wanted to get him to a vet ASAP. I called a couple clinics and the Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital was able to see him that same day! They were so welcoming, nice and they explain things throughly! Dr. Starks is so knowledgable and I felt very confident that my hedgehog was in good hands! Thank you so much!(:
The Doctors and Staff there are fabulous. I cannot say enough about how well they treated and cared for my 27 year old African Grey. She was boarded for quite a while after our home sustained a total loss fire. I got her out immediately but she was really traumatized. They continue their fine care of. her and I would not go anywhere else. Sharon A
All the bunnies at Furrytail Life Rabbit Rescue and Sanctuary say Drs. Lamb/Sparks/& Johnson are the best. They just wish Rabbit seminars could be held at the Northwest Valley location as well!
