I had a colonoscopy scheduled, 2 days prior to the procedure the facility sent me an email telling me I needed to have someone with me and if they didn't drive I needed to go by medical transport. I knew nothing of this until Monday and they charge me $150 cancelation fee. Why didn't they send the email on Thursday? Why didn't the nurse practicioner tell me of the requirements at my appointment? Why's don't even matter, I am out $150 because they didn't inform me of the requirements.
Very professional and knowledgeable. My doctor was kind and really listened to me. I felt like I was finally getting the Care I need.
