The scheduling deptand the office staff are not coordinated at all. I tried to get a specic appt and after 3 cancelations and two visits where I couldn't get the service scheduled. no one did the procedure though appt finally given.i had the procedure I itially in Phoenix 3years ago without any problem
My husband was seen today as a first appointment. We were running a few minutes behind, but the front desk allowed us to complete his intake and check in. He saw Dr. Christopher and his lovely assistant Samantha. We were in and out, with all problems addressed (he even mentioned some areas I was concerned about on my husband before I even mentioned them) and 2 moles removed in under 30 minutes.
