Professional, friendly, NO FREEZING this time! Yahoo! Dr claimed I had dry, wrinkly skin since I'm not using lotion! Good grief! I said I will slather it on going forward, okay? I didn't think they would let me out of the night gown thing I was wearing if I didn't commit! Actually, love this Dr and the staff. Very, very friendly and professional at all times.
