When we decided to put in a pool in our home, I did a lot of research. I love my custom pool. It is customized down to the tiniest detail and I appreciate the crew at from here that took the time to do everything just the way I wanted. I couldn’t have been the easiest customer to work with, but they didn’t bat an eye at my sometimes weird requests. For example, after the pool was nearing completion I decided that some of the stonework would look better at a different orientation. They changed it for me and didn’t show any frustration. We recently built a pool with AZ Custom Pools and are extremely happy we did. We solicited bids from multiple companies and Arizona Custom Pools was the one that acted like a partner in the process from the beginning. They custom designed a pool for us…and gave input and ideas when asked. The build took exactly 30 days from start to finish and everyone who came to work at the house was extremely professional. we had an existing spa that they incorporated and redid to make it look like it was all done at one time.The features are just what we were looking for and we could not be happier!! Great job guys!! I love it!
It took us a while to really figure out what we wanted to do but working with the designer and all of his expertise we finally came to a decision and it has never been regretted. We love our new pool and its went beyond any of our expectations!
I couldn't be happier with the results, the guys really kept us in the loop and showed us everything we can have done such as new features, "in" trends, etc. But their customer service takes the cake.
Our pool was just completed so that we will be able to enjoy it all summer long. I decided to hire them because of their bid and the warranty they offered. They did an excellent job.
