Called and came into the store today. I worked with Al who was both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me diagnose my issue right away and was able to get me up and running with little down time. 10/10 would recommend.
Had a few issues with my Dell work laptop, took it down to ACL since being close and having the best price quoted by the friendly staff. Did not have to wait when I arrived - and in mid hour walked out with a new power supply. A few weeks later, had a mouse replacement in the laptop on a Saturday, and for a great price in a few hours had the laptop in top shape. Very open and knowledgeable. Will be using their service when needed.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Arizona Computer Labs. After describing what we thought was needed, Mr Cruz took my son's iMac, and gave continuous updates as to his findings.
