My dell laptop went bust on me the computer could no longer locate the boot drive, and it was clear there was trouble in my home office. I've had shaky experiences with other computer shops and Data Doctors where they'd take weeks to fix anything. This shop had great reviews and was close to home so I gave it a shot, and I'm so glad I did. It was an quick and seamless experience and my laptop is now running faster like new. Highly recommend, I'll be back next time I need anything fixed.
Very affordable prices and fast work. I brought an old laptop in with a dead battery. The cost of the replacement battery and the labor together was cheaper than the prices I was seeing online for new batteries. I've replaced them before, it can be a pain in the neck and I didn't want to go through the hassle. I bought the computer used and didnt have the bitlocker key or the original Microsoft account but they were able to bypass all that and get me back into my computer. Nice guys too!
My SSD went down and Gustav did a great job replacing it with a faster drive, but also reinstalled the OS from scratch and did a bespoke adjustment of all the settings and drivers, plus tuned the hardware so it runs as good as it possible can and better than new. Great work and a good guy.

READ ME!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Gustav did poor work on my laptops. I went to pick up my laptop and the screen was cracked and it was not connected to the hinges properly. Why would a technician tell you to come pick up a laptop in this condition? Tape was used to hold my screen in place and to most likely to hide shotty work.
