Went into see the doctor for my ear. He agreed to surgery. Not a very nice person but seemed confident and experienced. I was told I need a heart check so I got an EKG through my primary. Sent it to them and called to find out I need a full cardio. I've called 3 times in three weeks to get anything done and have yet to hear back.
I’m certain the dr Cunning is great but my appt was with a very rude, short and unfriendly Julie McGuire, nurse practitioner. I was explaining my situation and she rolled her eyes as if she could care less! She blurted out all these instructions and walked out. It’s a super BUSY OFFICE, seemed unorganized.
For about 3 years I took my younger brother to ACEN&T to help us clean his ears of the wax buildup. The clinicians and techs have always been awesome, professional and very efficient. They’ve always taken great care of my brother who has down syndrome and extremely narrow ear canals. This time however, The tech didn’t even try to clear his ears, Dr. Cunning came in immediately.
