This is not a healthy place to work or receive care; the environment is extremely toxic. Instead of supporting staff, management gossips about employees, micromanages them, and creates unnecessary stress due to their own insecurities. This has led to a culture where people feel they are constantly walking on eggshells, resulting in high turnover rates. This is the second time I have contracted covid. I have been vaxxed 3 times and never leave home without a mask. The wife was forced to return to work as she has been working from home since 2020 last week. She wore a mask but somehow got the virus in 1 day at the office.
