This is not a healthy place to work or receive care; the environment is extremely toxic. Instead of supporting staff, management gossips about employees, micromanages them, and creates unnecessary stress due to their own insecurities. This has led to a culture where people feel they are constantly walking on eggshells, resulting in high turnover rates.
