This organization is an absolute shambles. Countless times in the last year and a half where they have failed to get my son's prescriptions refilled in time. The staff is completely incompetent. They're terrible at communication. Due to them not filling my son's prescriptions multiple times, he's had major issues at schools because he's had no meds. I’ve had some good providers for my Grandson, but thru are understaffed and underpaid. The turnover is extremely high because of burnout. The therapist they use are not trained to work with this population of children, children with trauma. My high needs case manager has 4x the amount of children they are supposed to have. I’m switching agencies
Do not come here if you are seeking help for your child. Strong lack of communication, super disorganized. I wasted months of my time when I could have got my child help elsewhere.
Constantly rescheduling appointments, no one can ever find paperwork, case worker was a no show for our last appointment (still haven’t heard from her to reschedule and this was a month ago), office staff don’t seem to know a whole lot (which is a reflection of their leadership team), ordered bloodwork and lost the results...
