I got a referral here from PC and was told to expect a call in 2-3 business days. That did not happen so I called them and tried to schedule my appointment. They could not seem to find me and when they finally did I was told that they were not in network for my insurance and that's why nobody bothered to call. They could have at least let me know that with a call, text, or email. Unprofessional.
I was scheduled with Andrew Ho. He was poilte amd nice. But cant help you at all. Ive had sever vomiting that lasts weeks and puts me in the hospital to the point my kidneys shut down. Andrew just wanted to give me the same tests and not give me tests I needed. Trust me he knows NOTHING. I have since done the research and found my own diagnosis. Ive wasted so much money waiting for answers from this place. And they cant diagnose anything. Bunch of fakes in doctors coats
Nice people, nice staff, good Doctors
Be wary of any labs they recommend - and verify if they are in network. They like the refer patients to a lab (Genesis) that is out of network with almost all health insurance, and web searches show plenty of people getting four figure surprise bills from that lab. I've been trying Monday through Friday this week to get the labs resent to in network with no success...
