If I could give this place 0 stars, I would-I called to set up an appointment as I had a referral from my PCP. My previous GI that I had seen for one single intake appointment switched insurances and couldn’t perform the needed procedure, and so I was referred to AZ Ctr for DH. The receptionist was rude and interrupted me when I had questions, and didn’t answer them correctly. Well, good luck if you've been seen by another GI in the last 3 years... They weren't willing to book an appointment with me because I had been seen by someone else within the last 3 years. The entire point of me trying to book was to have someone else's opinion since my current GI can't seem to get it figured out.
I had a great experience at this doctor’s office from start to finish. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in quick and stress-free. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was seen right on time. Dr. Sharma was professional, compassionate, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. Go elsewhere! These people are FIRED! I have never even been here. My Doctor sent over a refer to this place and I was So not impressed based on my experience and unprofessional conversation with Tiffany, she was the worst customer service experience and she should be Fired, going elsewhere.
Very disappointed I was hoping to see a Dr but they dont see other patient who have exciting GI Dr cause they can't come get a new gi Dr they think we are getting a secong opinion when you are wanting a doctor to know what they can do get your problem fix for you but they have to go bye the rules they have i was hoping they would help but there rating must be wrong so sad
