I’ve had multiple visits over 2 years for severe episodes of vomiting requiring ER care for dehydration and kidney issues. Appointments were very brief and I was repeatedly offered repeat endoscopy without a clear treatment or prevention plan. I’m looking for coordinated care and a concrete plan to manage these episodes. And unfortunately this clinic has come up very short. They cant do much
3/5 appt. The staff were very nice and i got in quickly. I saw dr. Andrew. He listened to my issue and had bery professional recommendations. I did suggest an early preventative procedure and he was very helpful and in agreement. I appreciate their work and will continue my followups with them and dr. Andrew.
Completely failed me
I would highly recommend!! I had to visit this facility to get a routine colonoscopy (due my Cologuard test results showing positive). I was a bit concerned and did not know what to expect. Dr Kim performed the colon screening and he was excellent! The entire staff were professional, kind, and my experience was amazing. I was put to sleep and felt nothing when I awoke 20 minutes later. Dr Kim makes sure you are comfortable and will answer all of your questions before and after the screening. I would certainly recommend!!
I was referred by my PC and seen by Shannon. I was insulted by the “care” this woman provided during my visit. I am a person of color and she referred to me as “you people.” Furthermore, she continuously asked me what I thought I should do about my symptoms. If I knew what to do I wouldn’t consult a specialist. As for her rude comment, there is no excuse. I think that as a health care provider one would be prepared to help all segments of society.
