Went to purchase 2 gold cases with lighting and pads and acrylic. Ready to spend $800 and after opening the cartons to view the cases I found scratches on the cases and a haze that would not come out. If I had ordered these online and had them dropped shipped to my front door I would have been stuck with them. They've made modifications to existing trays that made my life MUCH easier. They were very accommodating and well priced. I buy pretty much every year when I'm at the Tucson gem shows.
i have purchased display items from several people.
