Solid professional ON TIME company who delivers what they say & more! Bryan showed up early, reiterated the work needed, quickly assessed the job and promptly got to work on our tile. We have a yearly appointed with AZ Carpet and Tile Steamers. They're great to work with. Pleasant, notified us of their arrival time in advance, On time, efficient, do a good job.
Left too many stains and I don’t feel they did a thorough job. I sent them a message, but didn’t receive a response back. Won’t be using them again.
We just had our carpets cleaned this weekend, they are so professional, from appointment to reminders to being on time, carpet looks great they got a lot of stains out, they don’t try to sell you extra services or add extra cost, I will definitely use them again, thanks for being such great service

The afternoon before they were to come, I found out I was going to have to replace my washer. The appliance store told me they could deliver it the next morning. However, the next morning they called and said it would be delivered that afternoon, during the same time window as my carpet cleaning was to be done.
