We had one bedroom and 3 rugs cleaned today. The service it’s self was fine. But I will say I was pretty disappointed with how he spoke with my husband. He arrived at our home without a mask on. When my husband asked him to put on a mask due to Covid. He was visibly annoyed (rolled his eyes) and had an attitude with him for asking that if he’s going to enter our home he needs to mask up. Bryan just cleaned our carpets and he has all our future business. He has excellent customer service skills! He provided answers to each of my questions, explained the process, gave me some tips, and offered to provide the names and info for the spot treatment when I inquired. Our carpets look great, and he was a pleasure to do business with. The price to clean our home was also very reasonable. From initial booking to completion of job, the experience exceeded my expectations.
