The staff and Team at AZ Balance and Hearing Aids are just simply amazing. They are taking exceptionally good care of me. (It takes an entire village in my case) I have had an immense, intense ringing in my ears for many years. This is not good for sleeping, as I also have insomnia and sleep apnea. Dr. Day and her staff are top notch. From the minute Miller answers the phone to Dr. Day researching and finding the best hearing device for me and Clemente troubleshooting to set my device for me it's a clockwork service. They are very understanding of the world we hearing impaired people live in. Due to my hearing loss I can't always discern my hearing in the office. I am a new client and have found ABHA personnel very skilled and knowledgeable about my problem with tinnitus and also with my hearing loss. I have been fitted with the appropriate hearing aids and am happy with the result. The tinnitus is not completely gone, but it is less troublesome now. The hearing exam I received on my first visit was very thorough. I recommend ABHA to anyone who is experiencing a problem with their hearing.
