Experienced a very thorough exam and appreciated the fact that they didn’t try and push you into a newer model. Mine are 5 years old, and although my hearing had minimally changed it was not enough to have current aides adjusted nor purchase a new set. Honesty goes a long way with me and would highly recommend this group to anyone!
Sonia was extremely friendly and knew what she was talking about! She was able to answer my questions as I've never had hearing aids before so I had some! On my 2nd visit she again listened to my concerns and followed through with fixes, telling me everything step by step. Every person I've met here is very friendly and helpful!

Wow! I would definitely recommend AZ Balance to anyone! I took my 2.5 year old and he was nervous, but did absolutely amazing because of the patient and caring staff. They made him feel so comfortable. Thank you!
They were great in explaining everything they did from tests down to the options I can make for my hearing. I was able to get in for an appointment and seen right away. Will be going back.
The staff at ABHA is caring, friendly, attentive and easy going. They treat clients and one another with respect and a little humor. I always feel welcome and appreciated inside their facility. I have worked specifically with Miller, Britney, Sonia and Dr. Schmidt. They all ask questions clearly and listen to replies with interest. They take a moment to process information and respond thoughtfully. At ABHA I am given the feeling that the staff truly does care about my condition and comfort.
