04-28-26: Our patio awning shade fell straight down and was on laying on our pool deck. My remote was able to roll it up most of the way. However, the shade stopped extending and simply rolled straight back down on the ground. I contacted Arizona Awnings and Shades, owned and operated by Trish and Ron Bracale. Trish was very sympathetic to our situation, but informed me that they were several months out for any new jobs.
