Horrible admin team
The medical care is fine, no complaints about providers. But the admin side is awful. I've been trying to cancel an upcoming appointment for weeks. Whenever I call, nobody picks up, and it doesn't even go to voicemail - it just rings for a few minutes until dropping. I've tried calling different numbers I've found on Google in case their number changed, but same story - nobody ever answers. It’s crazy health place , I was at appointment time at clinic but they told me we should reschedule you, doctor had another patient, and they told me that I should come 30 minutes earlier. They told me they I should come another day. It is my time, are you ok???? I should waste my time and money !
