Took my mother to the Orange Grove location, and the front desk staff was unbelievably attrocious. Make us wait a few minutes to even talk to us, then told us we were late because of the time THEY took to finish something up while we waited to be helped. This employee, with a smirk on their face like she purposely waited until it was after the appointment time tried to shoo us away for being late because of the time they took to get to us as the first/only people in line. Dr Bilal is super intelligent and friendly Rheumatologist. I am a complicated patient because I got Valley Fever here in Tucson. He explained all the options and which drugs are less immunosuppressive. He has a very gentle manner and he devises a smart care plan.
