I love Dr. Lim and this office. Excellent care and follow-through.
This office is horrific to deal with. You NEVER get to speak to someone in the actual office! You get a "foreign service that has a horrible time understanding English and is difficult to deal with! The office was supposed to refill my Rx. Instead, they sent an old dosage Rx (1x day instead of my updated 2x day). I had an appt with my FNP-C Cherrish Edwards a few days later. She said she would get the correct one sent over and to just go ahead and continue with the 2x a day (It should be noted that the amount was very minima... read more
