We are extremely pleased with the staff and our Veterinarian, Dr. Olson..not only is he an excellent Veterinarian, but an outstanding surgeon as well. Our Lhasa Apso has had two minor surgeries and a dental operation that pulled a lingering baby tooth and fixed a cracked molar, and alas had to extracted a second cracked molar. The point being Dr. Olson takes the time to explain each issue and the proper treatment. He calls before the surgery and after...simply the one you would trust with your very special family member.
I just took my Frenchie over for a nail trim. I was so impressed with the staff, the facility and the wellness program offered I plan on taking Gypsy there for her physical.
My dog had an encounter with a poisonous toad this morning and the staff was OUTSTANDING! When you walk in the door to be greeted by a tech who tells you she remembers your dog and how to handle him (he's very aggressive sometimes) and that she and the vet already have an action plan, that's fantastic service! He was checked out from head to toe and he's doing great. I can't say enough.
We have definitely found our new Veterinarian. Had an emergency, office was closed and they took us in with open arms and were the most caring people. They not only care about the animals they care about the people as well. I have never had such great care in any other place.
Absolutely amazing staff. Took a lost dog into their facility to check for microchip and to be looked at. EVERYONE there is so kinda and caring. I want to bring my dogs there now!!
Dr. Olson is the best vet. He has taken such good care of my fur babies. We have followed him from ahwatukee to Gilbert and I happily make the 40 minute drive from my house to take my dogs here. He always takes the time to answer my million questions and always remembers every last detail about my previous visits. He makes me and my dogs feel at ease and I would recommend him to anyone. We have followed Dr Olson from Ahwatukee to Gilbert. He's so kind and compassionate and truly a great vet. He's taken excellent care of my 3 dogs...as if they were his own. He takes his time to explain what's going on, what he recommends and doesn't put the dog thru more than what's necessary. When my previous jack Russell passed away, Dr Olson called to check on me after seeing that I had to have my boy put down when he wasn't in the clinic that day.
