Our hot water heater went out and Arizola Plumbing went above and beyond to try to work with our home warranty company to get it replaced, work with us when the company refused to cover it, and were so full of grace and compassion while doing it. Rick, Landon and Chantel were communicative, timely, easy to work with, and blessed my family during a stressful week of no hot water. Highly recommend and cannot thank them all enough!

We initially reached out to this company through their website for a large, multi-part project that included a pump house, water storage, extensive plumbing work, a water softener, and a full water treatment system. We never received a response. After following up ourselves, we were told our request had been sitting in the wrong folder the entire time. Not a great start. Another squirrel attack to my elderly mother's water pipe in her attic. Thank you for your prompt service. Thomas was so patient and professional. He fixed the pipe and also hung water line to deter further damage. We are so relieved that this is resolved. Will definitely recommend. Thank you! Now time to find where the squirrel is getting in.

Arizola Plumbing has done numerous jobs for me, and I would recommend their service to everyone. They are reliable, courteous & dependable. Their prices are comparable to other contractors. I was mostly impressed by their prep & cleanup before and after the job.

Eric Neri did an excellent job diagnosing problem, educating me on what, why, and how he planned to resolve the issue. He answered all my questions and thanked me repeatedly for choosing Arizola plumbing. I’m not sure if he is an owner but he certainly acted like it!
