Eric Neri did an excellent job diagnosing problem, educating me on what, why, and how he planned to resolve the issue. He answered all my questions and thanked me repeatedly for choosing Arizola plumbing. I’m not sure if he is an owner but he certainly acted like it! Very dedicated worker with a ton of pride in his work and his company. Thank you for your prompt response to my call.
Our hot water heater went out and Arizola Plumbing went above and beyond to try to work with our home warranty company to get it replaced, work with us when the company refused to cover it, and were so full of grace and compassion while doing it. Rick, Landon and Chantel were communicative, timely, easy to work with, and blessed my family during a stressful week of no hot water. Highly recommend and cannot thank them all enough!
Thomas Palacio of Arizola Plumbing was assigned to take care of our plumbing problems. We live in Mason so he traveled 41 miles. A dispatch fee was added to bill but it was less than other companies had quoted me to travel to our small town with few plumbers. He arrived quickly, assessed the problem and took care of it pretty quickly. He told us the best way he could solve the issue which included removing a couple of boards from our deck to reach the sewer pipes. He completed the work and replaced the boards. Arizola Plumbing has done numerous jobs for me, and I would recommend their service to everyone. They are reliable, courteous & dependable. Their prices are comparable to other contractors. I was mostly impressed by their prep & cleanup before and after the job.
