My daughter and I were seen by Dr. Garrett. He was kind and easy to work with. I didn't have the name of my new insurance at the time of the appt and were in a rush. I paid and called him later to submit receipt to insurance company for reimbursement. He not only submitted the form for me as I travel for work, but he returned all calls from me in an effort to assist. I have been a customer now for over 2 years and are very happy with the services he provides.
Dr Arizala is a kind man. I have 7 children, 6 see him yearly for their eye exam. He is patient and will go above and beyond to help his customers.
I find it laughable the ad states he does exams for children four and up. He was rude and disrespectful to a six year old child and refused to finish an exam that barely started. He was in a hurry to get out of the office apparently. Hide your kids because this is not the place to go. I wish I could give zero stars.
