Zero rating. I will not even given them 1.0 star. Worst experience. No Maintenance. I moved in this july 2013 and from day 1 there is an issue with my AC. Maintenance people showed up but not able to fix the issue. when i called them again they started giving me tips to use my AC and when i followed the tips made my electricity bill $500 for first 45 days. when i called them again they say we will send maintenance people. I kept my AC temp in 78 to 80 and it never stops even the outside temp is 81. They don't know how to fix... read more
