I moved in 9/5 and I do not have any negative complaints!!!! I appreciate Taylor, one of the leasing agents in office, for her professionalism. It made the move-in process so easy. My apartment was what I expected and I am thankful that I didn’t see any evidence of bugs in my apartment (because of some of the review I saw). I have a beautiful unit and I’m glad that I have Element 41 a chance. Thank you!
I tried my best to give this property a chance but I will not be renewing my lease. IT IS ROACH AND BUg INFESTED. It is also located close to the Airforce base so there are horns that go off everyday at 8A and 4P. I also will be filing a complaint with the BBB and seeking legal action. This is the 2nd time that I’ve had to deal with Bridge Property Management and it will be my last. They have completely blocked residents from making maintenance requests. I've lived in this apartment for 1 year. I started with my application with Taylor. When she was on vacation, Gil was the one who helped me with the process and showed me the exact unit and later got the keys. Thank you, Gil! Honestly, I was worried about the reviews before moving to Element 41 regarding roaches. I did see 3 roaches in the 1st & 2nd month, but nothing after that. No infestation.
