My rate is low because this is the third time my request has been resolved without anyone actually resolving my issue.
You didn’t fix anything. The windows still broken and all of the sockets still don’t have covers
Maintenance is awful. Work orders take months to be completed, if at all. Work orders get closed without fixing the problem. Water is shut off all the time because there is 1 valve for the whole neighborhood and constant leaks/bursting pipes. Outdoor areas are not maintained, trash cans overflowing and pet stations dirty and have no supplies.
James has always been helpful and very kind with any issue. A very good guy.
