PLEASE READ!!! Unfortunately, my experience at Element 41 was extremely disappointing. When I was apartment hunting, I was shown a renovated unit. I understood that the apartment I would actually receive wouldn’t be quite as updated, but I still expected it to be clean and well-maintained. I was very wrong. The apartment I moved into was in terrible condition. The laundry room ceiling was caved in, and the dryer vent had never been connected. The maintenance supervisor is the most dependable guy here i have had several issues since he started working at this community!! He always has a great attitude and eager to help out!! Its to a point where i see him in the community and he makes a point to ask me if everything is ok with my apartment! I’ve never had such a great experience with this type of thing anywhere else!! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!
