I lived in this community for almost 3 years and was very disappointed in the living conditions towards the end of my lease. I moved from this community a month ago due to TERRIBLE pest (roach) issues and community safety concerns. Initially upon moving in there were reviews I read about roaches in the units yet, I still decided to give the community a chance. Seeing the base rent I wanted to apply. When I visited to get further info I found out that sum of other monthly payments will be above $200 (not including gas and electricity). That changed my mind to look somewhere else
