I did a tour with JD and it was great! He was very friendly and articulate in explaining all of the amenities of the complex. Also the other two people that I met in the leasing office were super cool and friendly! Big up to all New York City and Long Island transplants!!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Extremely Disappointed with Move-Out Charges I lived at Element41 Apartments ( in Marietta, GA) and had a generally decent experience while living there. However, They don't take serious pest control because the apartments are infested with cockroaches. my opinion changed completely after I moved out in May 2025. When I vacated the apartment, I cleaned it thoroughly and took photos and videos clearly showing the condition of the unit.
