Was Quick and professional!
Taylor was excellent. She communicated often, and addressed any questions I had quickly.
Myself and my daughter received the best treatment ever from Taylor!!! She was quick, responsive and informative, I asked many questions and never once did she appear aggravated or flustered. I wish I could receive the Customer Service she provided every where I go!!
The office does not answer calls. Buildings are always dirty. Giant piles of trash outside the singular dumpster most of the time. Terrible parking. Maintenance is slow to respond to issues if at all. Mold and walls will peel, secondary bedroom doesn’t even have an overhead light. I was never given a mailbox number had to call repeatedly to get in contact with someone as always. Never ending bug infestation quite possibly due to as mentioned the giant piles of trash as the one dumpster for the entire community is clearly not... read more
