another above average positive experience with Kelly and technician Ken B. on 6/23/2026, amazing thorough service, fixed a mess of problems that caused the air conditioner to go out at 107 degrees outside, burnt wires and more problems, these technicians know their business... been using Aristotle Air for many years, including new central air conditioner, maintenance, and emergency calls... they are great
Quoted me a price of over 1800 dollars to replace a transformer that wasn't bad. I called an independent guy the next day. He had it going in 30 minutes for under 300.00 This was a repair for my 92 and 98 year old in-laws. Ripping off seniors and using good Marines name to do it, pathetic.
They offered a diagnosis for $99. I scheduled an appointment and they came out, took my payment & email address and never provided the diagnosis. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks I hired another company. They later confirmed in writing they sent it to the wrong email address and then refused to refund my payment. Then they lied and said I opened the email they sent to the wrong address!!
