Exceptional service and friendly staff
I called to get an appointment the lady said July 19th 2025(Saturday )for 1pm with Jenn well Jen never showed up I called twice left a message needless to say this is Tuesday 07/22/25 at 6:30 and Jenn has yet to call me back no apologies or to reschedule.Not very business like.

10/10, would strongly recommend! Supercuts gave me a HORRIBLE experience/haircut, so I needed a trusted stylist to fix my hair. With the recommendation of a trusted friend, I gave the salon a call. They were able to fit me in immediately! I cannot say that it is a guarantee for any circumstance, but I got very lucky! My stylist, Jennifer, reassured me, and was honest about everything.
