I was told my tires were "around 2mm plus and should be replaced" for a total cost of $1800 plus an additional alignment fee. The tires are racing tires; they start off with a small tread and don't need replacing until they hit 1.6 mm - first red flag. The second was much larger. They have had my car for 5 months. I have been there multiple times for one major issue with my car. I have $10000 warped up into the service department and yet I find out today that after all there "fixes" I still have the same problem. My car is not fixed and I think running worse. They are terrible at communication.
